Physician Care Homes Exists To Redefine The Standard In Memory Care
Our approach to memory care is rooted in presence, purpose, and meaningful connection.
We believe exceptional care happens when caregivers have the time, training, and support to truly know each person. That means understanding life history, preferences, and daily rhythms, not just medical needs.
Our medically informed model provides a strong clinical foundation, while our relationship-driven approach ensures each individual feels seen, respected, and at home.
Every day is shaped with intention, balancing safety and structure with choice, engagement, and moments of joy.
Progress at Magnolia House
July Update:
Construction at Magnolia House continues to move forward with exciting progress both inside and outside the home. Over the past month, important milestones have included completion of several building inspections, continued framing and drywall work, installation of the kitchen exhaust system, and ongoing site improvements that support the community's long-term infrastructure.
As more of the interior takes shape, it's exciting to see the vision for Magnolia House becoming a reality. Each milestone reflects the thoughtful planning and attention to detail behind creating a home that is warm, welcoming, and purposefully designed for individuals living with dementia.
Looking ahead, work will focus on exterior painting, wood trim installation, HVAC equipment placement, and continued site improvements. We're also pleased to share that permanent electrical service has been established, another significant step as we move toward our anticipated fall opening.
We invite you to explore the photos below and follow along as Magnolia House continues to come to life.

Magnolia House
Magnolia House is the flagship memory care community developed and operated by Physician Care Homes, where the organization’s philosophy and care model come to life. Purpose-built and intentionally designed, Magnolia House reflects a commitment to clinically grounded, relationship-centered dementia care.
Guided by the leadership of Physician Care Homes, Magnolia House blends clinical expertise with warmth, intention, and a sense of everyday living that feels natural and personal. Daily life is never institutional or routine-driven. Instead, each resident’s experience is shaped around familiarity, meaningful connection, personal preferences, and moments of purpose and joy.
For individuals living with dementia, Magnolia House offers an environment centered around comfort, belonging, and dignity. For families, it provides confidence, transparency, and peace of mind throughout the care journey.
As Magnolia House prepares to welcome its first residents, we are inviting a limited number of families to become part of our Founders Club, an early opportunity to reserve a suite, stay connected throughout the building process, and be part of the beginning of this special community.
Founding families will receive ongoing updates, invitations to preview events and walkthroughs, and personalized guidance as they prepare for the transition into Magnolia House.
This is more than reserving a place to live. It is becoming part of a community intentionally created around dignity, connection, and meaningful daily living from the very beginning.
